Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

to join our growing urgent care team. The ideal candidate will have

a minimum of 1 year of NP/PA experience , preferably in an

urgent care, Emergency Room or fast-paced clinical setting . You will play a key role in delivering patient-centered care, collaborating with other providers, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.

What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive, patient-focused care in an urgent care setting

Diagnose and treat a variety of common illnesses and injuries

Interpret basic x-rays (first reads) and EKGs

Collaborate with patients on care decisions through open, respectful communication

Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation

Participate in continuous learning and be open to new procedures or service lines

Work closely with fellow practitioners to foster a supportive, team-oriented environment

Uphold the highest levels of patient satisfaction and compassionate care

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Nurse Practitioner of Physician Assistant in Colorado

Minimum 1 year of NP/PA experience required (urgent care preferred)

Valid DEA License Required and DOT as well as WC Certification or willingness to obtain required

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building meaningful patient relationships

Ability to perform and interpret basic x-ray and EKG readings

Flexible and adaptable to clinic needs and scheduling

Eagerness to learn and grow professionally, including new procedures and services

A team player with a collaborative mindset

Commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience

This position would be Full-time 30-40 hour work week, evenings and weekends required. Clinic hours M-F 8-8 and S-S 8-5.

On-site CLIA-approved lab with CBC and CMP point of care.

*$65-85/hr range includes the monthly bonus*

Compensation: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour
