We do not operate with a one‑size‑fits‑all approach; we are enthusiastic about finding what works best for each brand and lean on select agency partners to support best‑in‑class execution where collaboration deepens results.

We’re looking for a confident account leader—someone who can drive strategy, lead client calls, oversee workflow across accounts, and ensure reporting and deliverable deadlines are met with excellence.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary account lead—building strong relationships with clients and leading strategic discussions

Lead recurring client calls, manage communication cadence, and proactively provide solutions, angles, and coverage opportunities

Evaluate content performance and coverage impact to inform next steps, optimizations, and client‑facing insights

Partner with the PR Coordinator to review reporting, maintain deadlines, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time

Editorial PR & Media Relations

Lead earned editorial strategy across launches, seasonal campaigns, gifting moments, and ongoing storytelling

Pitch top‑tier lifestyle, commerce, culture, and niche outlets, identifying high‑value opportunities beyond mass sends

Maintain and grow editor and writer relationships—or pursue them proactively through thoughtful outreach and tailored pitching

Craft compelling brand narratives, creative hooks, and timely pitch angles tied to trends, seasonality, and cultural moments

Oversee media list building, pitching support, and tracking tasks with Coordinator while owning strategic outcomes

Monitor competitor coverage, emerging content formats, and marketplace shifts to guide client recommendations

Influencer Marketing

Conceptualize, plan, and manage influencer partnerships—from sourcing creators to handling outreach, negotiation, deliverables, and approvals

Build and maintain influencer pipelines that align with launches, seasonal pushes, and always‑on social storytelling

Manage gifting and seeding programs, track resulting content, and maintain communication with creators

Partner with internal teams when amplification, cross‑channel usage, or paid support opportunities arise

Identify creator trends, platform behaviors, and engagement patterns to keep programs innovative and relevant

Performance, Operations & Internal Growth

Track and own reporting deadlines end‑to‑end, ensuring summaries, recaps, and deliverables are delivered accurately, clearly, and on schedule

Streamline internal and external reporting processes—improving templates, structure, insight quality, and workflow efficiencies

Support improvements in internal processes, pitch frameworks, client documentation, and best‑practice systems that scale with team growth

Contribute to new business proposals, case studies, and deck development

Share learnings from industry shifts, platform updates, newsletters, and competitor monitoring to inform strategy and spark new ideas

Represent the brand at select events, webinars, and networking moments as needed

What We’re Looking For

5‑7+ years of earned PR or media relations experience within lifestyle, consumer, commerce, or culture‑driven categories

Demonstrated success securing editorial features, gift guide inclusion, reviews, or commerce placements

Ability to build and nurture editor relationships—or enthusiasm to develop them through proactive outreach

Skilled at crafting pitch angles with cultural relevance, seasonal timing, and brand narrative alignment

Confident leading client conversations, communicating recommendations, and steering strategic direction

Highly organized and dependable—comfortable managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and reporting workflows

Clear written and verbal communicator with high attention to detail and presentation quality

Curious, proactive, adaptable—thrives in an ever‑changing media landscape and enjoys bringing new ideas forward
