Compensation Compensation Range: $150,000 - $300,000 per year, based on individual production, clinical skill set, treatment planning, and experience level.

Qualifications
DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program
Active Maryland dental license
Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
2 or more years professional clinical experience preferred
New and Recent graduates with Residency experience encouraged to apply
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
Desire to be part of a strong and dedicated team
