in Houston, TX is seeking a Medical Director to guide our growing practice while continuing to deliver exceptional medical care to the pets in our community.

You’ll also be partnered with an experienced hospital manager who brings over 8 years of industry knowledge and operational expertise to help turn your goals into reality.
As our Medical Director, you’ll split your time between clinical duties and leadership responsibilities, helping to shape the hospital’s future while mentoring a team that shares your commitment to quality and compassion.
About Our Hospital: South Belt Animal Hospital provides full-service care including wellness exams, diagnostics, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and in-house lab testing. We are equipped to support high-quality medicine and a great client experience.
4 exam rooms
Fully equipped surgical suite with cautery unit
Digital radiography
Cold laser therapy
IDEXX in-house lab
Flexible scheduling: No on-call, overnights, or Sundays
What We’re Looking For:
A strong clinician with a passion for mentorship and leadership
A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients
Strategic thinking to support hospital operations and drive medical excellence
Compensation & Benefits:
