General Anesthesiologist and physicians Fellowship‑Trained in Pediatrics & Acute Pain.
Full‑time coverage of 210 shifts annually, with additional pay for extra shifts.
Diverse mix of cases: Cardiac, Endo, General Surgery, Neuro, OB, Oncology, Ortho, Robotics, Spine, Vascular, and Level II Trauma.
Staffing model: 40+ Anesthesiologists and 100+ CRNAs covering 65+ sites.
Average anesthesia volume of 55,000 cases annually.
Physician oversight of CRNAs; Physician‑to‑CRNA ratio of 14.

Top‑market compensation based on years of experience.
W2 position in a not‑for‑profit organization (First Physicians Group and Sarasota Memorial).
Commencement bonus and relocation assistance offered.
Premium pay for working past scheduled shifts and for picking up extra shifts.
Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, long‑term/short‑term disability, 9 weeks PTO, 5 days CME, 403(b).
Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.

Required Qualifications
MD or DO degree.
