Halvik is currently looking for an agile‑experienced Project Manager with Salesforce expertise to join our fast‑growing team. The PM will ensure project success, facilitate open communication, conduct project meetings, act as the primary point of contact with the Government, and schedule activities. The PM will champion the use of agile delivery techniques to plan and execute all tasks, prepare sprint plans outlining assignments with descriptions of work to be completed and estimated hours, support requirements gathering and backlog grooming, and oversee the technical implementation of product features. Pre‑sales experience—including presentation skills and the ability to demo solutions—and a strong teamwork ethic are essential.
Responsibilities
Provide team leadership for the complete lifecycle of solution development and delivery
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and the technical team to ensure a shared understanding of product goals, user needs, and technical feasibility
Apply product‑centric approaches to improve team problem‑solving and value delivery
Create release schedules and roadmaps based on assessment recommendations
Establish and enforce technical delivery practices and standards that align with the customer’s process
Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects; plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage
Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met
Possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high‑impact assignments
Plan and lead major technology assignments
Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short‑term project growth and success
Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
Qualifications
4+ years of experience managing web development projects in an agile environment
Strong understanding of modern web technologies, including front‑end frameworks (React, Vue), back‑end technologies (Java, Artemis MQ), databases, APIs, and data center infrastructure
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus
Required
US Citizen. Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
PPM certification and over 5 years of experience in project management.
At least 10 years of large‑scale and diverse IT project management expertise.
