Gold Adam
Lead and oversee all financial operations in the United States, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Build and develop financial processes, controls, and systems that support a fast-scaling, multi-location business
Produce clear, accurate financial reports and analysis for executive leadership and global stakeholders
Evaluate financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and guide strategic decision-making
Manage cash flow planning, cost control, and financial optimization initiatives
Collaborate with external partners including banks, auditors, legal advisors, and financial institutions
Support expansion plans, new market entries, and large-scale operational decisions
Build and mentor the growing U.S. finance team
What We Expect From You
Proven experience in senior finance leadership — ideally as a CFO, VP of Finance, Financial Director, or similar role in a growth‑oriented company Strong understanding of U.S. financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements Experience scaling financial operations, building processes, and leading change Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn financial data into actionable insight Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with both U.S. and international teams A proactive, decisive, and hands‑on leadership style Based in the Dallas area (or willing to relocate) What We Offer
