What You’ll Do As a Founding Frontend Engineer, you will be a pivotal part of our initial team, designing and building our core product from the ground up and pushing the frontiers of AI and human collaboration on data‑heavy analytical projects that insurance professionals use.
Enable long‑horizon task completion by building foundational UX patterns for multi‑turn, multi‑tool agentic systems.
Empower actuaries and underwriters to work on thousands of documents in parallel by giving them access to coding and coding agents.
Architect and implement our frontend stack using modern frameworks (React, TypeScript, Tailwind) with a focus on performance and maintainability.
Engage with the backend & core agentic platform as well (full‑stack all TypeScript).
Collaborate closely with design, backend, and ML engineers to deliver end‑to‑end experiences.
Rapidly prototype and iterate on features, balancing speed and quality in a startup environment.

You are genuinely passionate about AI and energized by approaching ambiguous challenges from first principles.
Have deep experience building production‑grade web applications with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, TypeScript).

Have strong UI/UX sensibilities and enjoy collaborating with designers to ship delightful experiences.
Are a collaborative, fast learner who wants to join a small team and have an outsized impact.
