Bachelors degree in Nursing Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License upon hire Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire NRP certification for applicable units (Postpartum within 90 days; all others within 180 days of orientation) Minimum of five years of experience in the operating room or surgical specialty At least three years of management or leadership experience Preferred Qualifications
