Job Description Pay Range: $57.36/hr - $63.36/hr

This role reviews software requirements, prepares test scenarios, executes usability testing, and analyzes test results related to database impacts, defects, and usability.

The role prepares comprehensive reports on testing activities and communicates findings to design and development teams.

The Product Manager for Research and Client is responsible for transforming ambiguous business needs into clear, validated, and estimate-ready problem definitions.

This is a hands‑on Client and research role focused on problem framing rather than delivery or people management.

Requirement / Must Have

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Client, UX research, product strategy, or service design.

Strong skills in blueprinting, journey mapping, and early‑stage prototyping.

Ability to translate user needs and operational insights into clear business value.

Strong synthesis, facilitation, and problem‑framing capabilities.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Seven to ten years of overall professional experience.

Experience conducting Client, research, and validation activities.

Experience preparing structured artifacts to support estimation and investment decisions.

Responsibilities

Convert ambiguous business problems into clearly defined opportunities with customer, business, and regulatory framing.

Produce Client packets to support IT estimation, capital requests, and strategic prioritization.

Translate fragmented backlogs into coherent strategic themes.

Lead customer research including interviews, usability testing, concept validation, and prototype feedback.

Leverage operational data and analytics to validate root causes.

Identify regulatory constraints impacting solution design.

Create service blueprints, journey maps, business rules, and low-Client prototypes.

Align with domain product managers to understand end‑to‑end journey impacts.

Define MVP boundaries and ensure estimates are based on validated scope.

Ensure Client artifacts are aligned before transition to estimation or execution.

Should Have

Experience working in large, complex, and regulated enterprise environments.
