On Lok PACE participants receive in-home care services and transportation to a On Lok PACE center for primary medical care, social and recreational activities, and other senior care services. Under the direction and supervision of the Program Manager, the Center Supervisor provides operational support to the PACE center by directing and supervising the administrative support staff and the center geriatric aides. Responsibilities

Provide supervision, leadership, and direction to the center-based Geriatric Aides (I & II). Manage GA and administrative support staff schedules and implement staffing plan. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, recruit, orient and train staff; handle disciplinary actions and terminations as necessary. Supervise GAs and support staff, promote staff development, and evaluate staff performance. Promote employee recognition and exceptional customer service. Ensure GAs and support staff perform duties effectively; provide ongoing coaching and training. Oversee time cards and administrative duties for payroll. May supervise additional staff as assigned and may provide supervision to additional administrative support staff as identified by the local Program Manager. Oversee daily center operations, including participant care, inside appointments, transportation coordination, meals and snacks, supplies, and EHR data entry. Generate reports and participate in required meetings with the management team. Collaborate with other supervisors and participate in required meetings; contribute to quality programming, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. Examples include advancing organizational goals, establishing department performance goals, implementing quality improvement plans, and monitoring financial targets. Promote On Lok in the community, which may include after-hours events. Participate in administrator on-call rotation for after-hours coverage in their region. Participate in disaster planning activities and training (Incident Command System). Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

Bachelor's degree preferably in healthcare or business management or equivalent experience. Health-related experience within the last three years; additional healthcare-related certifications/licenses preferred. At least two years of supervisory experience preferred. Efficient, responsive, professional with excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written). At least one year of experience with the frail or elderly. Computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to lead, maintain an upbeat and positive approach, and foster a highly effective team. Skilled facilitator and problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
