Key Accountabilities Oversee day‑to‑day operations, financial performance, and quality standards across diverse senior living communities spanning two major markets. Lead operational audits, ensure state and federal compliance, and implement corporate initiatives while adapting strategies to meet unique community needs.
Core Impact Areas Lead P&L oversight for a multi‑million‑dollar portfolio, directly influencing revenue growth and expense management. Champion staff development and succession planning across 11 leadership teams. Serve as the primary escalation point for operational challenges, crisis management, and stakeholder relations.
