Key Requirements Active Secret Security Clearance Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of relevant experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management.
Support the logistics management of the entire product life cycle, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources.
Manage lifecycle of hardware and software assets.
Track software licenses and review volume/expenditure purchase agreements to ensure license compliance.
Resolve discrepancies in the asset management database and update it upon custodial changes.
Support implementation and management of program changes and interventions to meet program goals.
Develop budgets and operating plans for programs (program spend plans).
Reconcile discovered assets not tracked in the asset management database.
Desired Experience Experience in logistic packing and shipment of assets.
Experience working with a CMDB and the specific business services it supports.
Understanding of IT Service Management processes.
