Day Program Site Manager

Overview:
Overall administration and clinical operation of the program, including all activities related to the daily operations of a day program setting. Responsible for ISPs, clinical programs, treatment plans, fiscal management, licensing, quality and safety, staff supervision, and contact with persons served and families.
Responsibilities
Direct and manage staff activities, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluation, and regular meetings.
Oversee daily program management, including development and review of ISPs, clinical programs, and treatment plans. Coordinate transportation, manage petty cash, and monitor budget and fee income.
Ensure fiscal responsibility, monitor expenditures and adhere to budget parameters set by the Program Director.
Manage and maintain program site, ensuring safety, vehicle compliance, and regulatory oversight. Function as site Safety Officer.
Maintain compliance with internal quality standards, external licensing, and accreditation regulations.
Communicate with Program Director, case managers, service coordinators, providers, and other stakeholders.
Attend case conferences and relevant meetings with funding sources.
Schedule staff and relief coverage to meet program needs.
Complete comprehensive assessments for persons served and monitor daily activities.
Ensure compliance with the ISP process, develop and train staff on clinical programs, and liaise between residential and day programs.
Review recording sheets, charts, log entries, and progress notes system.
Oversee consumer training and meetings agendas.
Provide outreach, foster family and community relationships.
Serve as resource for staff, families, neighbors, officials, and providers.
Ensure accurate, timely site-level reporting (SDRs, Risk Management, Incident Reporting).
Provide crisis intervention and direct care as needed.
Ensure compliance with Community Support Skills Standards.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum three years’ experience in human services.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
Driving requirement: valid driver’s license, at least six months of clean record, ability to pass background check; vehicle insurance required for personal vehicle use.
Health and physical requirements: ability to stand, walk, bend, lift at least 25 lbs, operate computer and office equipment, assist clients with daily living tasks, and remain stationary 50% of the time.
Required certifications: CPR, First Aid, MAP, Safety Care, and NET within specified timelines.
