This position is responsible for ensuring outstanding guest service and efficient front‑desk operations. Using leadership skills, you will drive revenue, maximize profit and ensure quality while effectively managing staff to meet guest satisfaction, positive team‑member relations and overall financial results.

Responsibilities

Guest Service : Accountable for guest satisfaction by ensuring service standards are met and guests’ needs and concerns are responded to in a timely manner with a focus on service recovery. Train and model appropriate guest service standards, hold staff accountable for anticipating needs and exceeding expectations, and achieve revenue goals by delivering creative service programs.

Financial Results & Cost Control : Support management of expenses to maximize hotel profitability, implement cost‑saving measures, maintain company assets within budget guidelines, and advise on front‑desk operational changes to maximize revenue and occupancy.

People Management & Training : Evaluate staff performance, provide corrective action, motivate staff with goals and feedback, recognize achievements, identify training needs, and promote a collaborative professional work environment.

Self/Workload Management : Attend daily, weekly, monthly meetings, support front‑desk initiatives, demonstrate high attention to detail, strong communication, leadership ability, organization, and problem‑solving skills while adhering to SOPs.

Safety/Risk Management : Conduct routine inspections, maintain standards per company and regulatory requirements, ensure clean and safe work environment and follow procedures for incidents.

Qualifications

Education : High school diploma or GED required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience : 2+ years in customer service and 1+ year supervisory/management experience; detail oriented, strong communicator, problem‑solver, multiple‑priority management in fast‑paced environments, clear written and verbal communication.

Physical : Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.

Driver’s License : Valid driver’s license to assist in driving the hotel shuttle.

Salary : $21 – $21 an hour.
