This role requires a versatile and self-motivated individual who takes guidance well and thrives in a structured environment. You will perform root cause analysis, data analysis, and produce presentations and reports for consumption by the Business Transformation leadership and other business leaders.* Support multi-disciplinary project teams who are engaged on complex company transformation initiatives that involve documents and data* Conduct structured analysis of business processes and systems to identify root causes and improvement opportunities* Proactively seek opportunities for improvement by asking thoughtful questions and exploring new approaches* Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand challenges, share insights, and build consensus* Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing* Request, analyze, and track project reports, milestones, and deliverables* Communicate risks and findings clearly to team members and stakeholders* Create and maintain reports and dashboards cross-functional consumption, using tools such as Power BI* Quantify potential benefits, costs, and resource requirements associated with recommended business process solutionsAdvanced skills in Microsoft 365; PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and the Microsoft Power Apps platformDemonstrated experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills
