We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead our operational strategies and ensure the efficiency of our business processes. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Lead and mentor senior leadership teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across the organization.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and partners to optimize operational performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and drive accountability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development efforts and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
10 + Years of Restaurant Management Experience with 5+ years as a director
Experience in Upscale or Fine Dining
Proven experience in a senior operations management role with demonstrated success in leading teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
Excellent strategic planning skills with a track record of achieving organizational goals.
Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing vendor relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
