Proven ability to manage infrastructure and product engineering in regulated or compliance-driven environments; health tech is a big plus Hands-on technical skills with experience implementing AI solutions and integrating AI throughout the SDLC. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team while remaining hands-on with architecture and code reviews. Define and execute AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Maintain and optimize AWS infrastructure for scalability, security, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with Product and Security teams to deliver reliable, compliant technology.
