Base Pay Range $175,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Overview This role is an opportunity to own and grow a portfolio of high-value SaaS customers at a fast‑scaling, AI‑first go‑to‑market technology company. You’ll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion across some of the company’s largest and most strategic accounts. Acting as a trusted advisor to revenue leaders, you’ll help customers maximize the value of a modern GTM platform while identifying opportunities to expand usage and drive incremental revenue.

This is an Account Manager role that blends relationship management, data‑driven performance analysis, and strategic upselling. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a high‑growth, early‑stage environment, enjoys working closely with customers, and is motivated by owning net revenue retention outcomes.

Compensation

OTE:

$175K – $250K (uncapped commission)

Base + Variable:

What You’ll Do

Own a book of business post‑onboarding and serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts.

Drive Net Revenue Retention through renewals, upsells, cross‑sells, and proactive churn mitigation.

Manage the full renewal cycle, including commercial negotiations and contract execution.

Identify and execute expansion opportunities tied to customer adoption, usage growth, and additional platform capabilities.

Lead monthly performance reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with customer stakeholders and decision‑makers.

Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure customers achieve clear, measurable ROI.

Analyze account health, usage trends, and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities.

Maintain accurate forecasting, account plans, and CRM documentation.

Share customer insights internally to help refine playbooks, processes, and product direction.

Act as a strong customer advocate while balancing commercial priorities.

Key Qualifications

3–8 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success (commercial), or related SaaS roles.

Proven track record carrying quota with responsibility for renewals and upsells.

B2B SaaS experience required; GTM, sales tech, marketing tech, or AI platform experience strongly preferred.

Experience running QBRs and managing strategic customer relationships.

Strong CRM, forecasting, and account planning skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
