This is a fully ONSITE position in the Charlotte Metro area. Local Applicants only.
Our client is a small to mid-sized PE‑backed consumer services company who is looking to bring in an Interim CFO.
They are looking for a hands‑on CFO who can lead a small team responsible for everyday accounting and finance including general ledger accounting, month‑end close, standard cost accounting, AP/AR analysis and preparing opening balance sheets.
Responsibilities
Lead a small accounting/finance team for day‑to‑day operations.
Perform all accounting tasks as needed to support the business.
Conduct month‑end close and prepare financial statements.
Analyze accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare opening balance sheets and manage cost accounting.
Qualifications
Experience in a private‑equity backed organization.
Experience in a smaller company with hands‑on finance work.
Proficiency with NetSuite.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
Strong leadership and analytical skills.
