WD30254050**What you will do**Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned .NET Software Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. This role blends technical leadership with people management, ensuring delivery excellence while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you'll help shape the future of security by advancing our industry-leading CCURE IQ platform—driving innovation to protect people and assets across the globe with smarter, more connected solutions. This is a hybrid position based in Westford, MA.
