Regional Business Manager, Emerging Channels Ocean Spray is hiring for a Regional Business Manager, Emerging Channels! We’re a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Position Location Remote role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We are open to remote candidates.

Day in the Life

Manage a group of accounts, including a national broker, and be primarily responsible for delivering an Annual Operating Plan.

Align Ocean Spray initiatives and resources to help customers achieve goals.

Responsible for achieving sales quotas and AOP and quarterly reforecast.

Develop presentations and present plans at assigned customer headquarters to gain commitment.

Responsible for achieving merchandising, assortment, promotions, and shelving objectives, and direct broker resources to attain OSC goals within stated deadlines.

Proactively utilize and manage appropriate resources, internally and externally, to achieve both the company’s and the customer’s goals, including deduction resolution.

Responsible for demand planning; measured via monthly sales forecast results.

Train, develop, and allocate resources to deliver AOP within allocated budgets.

Accountable for building strong collaborative relationships across Ocean Spray internal networks to drive business results for the cooperative.

Understand, articulate, and educate broker, agent, and/or customer regarding OSC strategies.

Analyze business results, monitor plans, and generate ideas to close volume/financial gaps.

Collect and communicate customer, industry, and competitive insight/learning to identify opportunities and/or risks.

Build credibility, trust, and integrity with customer, division team, OSC HQ, and broker organization.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

Sales CPG experience (preferably 3+ years).

Experience in drug, value, and convenience retail formats is a plus.

Bachelor’s Degree (Required).

Ability to develop, lead, and execute a sales plan across multiple customers.

Ability to proactively identify, develop, and act on opportunities.

Broker and/or direct customer management experience.

Strong analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to improve processes.

Credible and trustworthy.

Reliable & influential.

Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Education Bachelor’s Degree (Required).

Work Experience At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Annual Salary $95,200 – $130,900 (the base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position’s typical hiring range.
