Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support the company’s short‑ and long‑term objectives.
Oversee eligibility of patients referred to home‑care services, plan and supervise the services provided, and manage total home‑health care.
Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals and policies that assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
Enhance agency profitability, motivate and retain qualified staff, and assure the quality of services delivered.

Required Qualifications
Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in a home‑healthcare or related field.
Current CPR certification.
Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance; access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
Home‑care experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Capacity to work independently.
Strong communication, writing and organizational skills.
Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements). Salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full‑time employment.
