The practice focuses on patient-centered, personalized care, offering comprehensive primary care, preventive services, and chronic disease management with an emphasis on accessibility and coordinated treatment. Total outpatient
Shared call with a large call pool
Resident and Medical Student Teaching
The hospital is a 160-bed acute care community hospital employing more than 300 medical providers
Provide patient-centered healthcare as part of the Planetree Model
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary plus incentive compensation based on productivity and quality measures
Benefits include medical, vision, dental (including orthodontia), 401k with employer match, and CME allowance.
Generous paid time off includes vacation, holidays, sick time, and CME.
