Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive inpatient care to hospitalized patients, ensuring optimal health outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
Perform admissions, daily rounds, and discharges efficiently and compassionately.
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and communicate effectively with families.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and protocols.
Skills required include strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and teamwork.
