About The Opportunity
Join a Level III NICU in a 70‑bed, cutting‑edge facility
Support a health system with 7,000 annual deliveries across two hospitals
Provide attending coverage in the Level III NICU and support Level I well‑baby care at Cape Coral Hospital
Enjoy 24/7 in‑house NNP coverage and in‑house call
Access to all pediatric subspecialties (excluding cardiovascular surgery and ECMO)
Be part of a team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs
Embrace a family‑centered, developmentally sensitive care model
Opportunities for clinical research and participation in a robust quality improvement program
Both experienced and entry‑level applicants are welcome
