Job Description:
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a full-time
Nurse Coordinator – Registered Nurse
to support the Federal Occupational Health Clinic at the
Federal Trade Commission (Z3K)
in
Washington, DC .
Position Highlights
Excellent work/life balance | Clinic Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Freedom from weekend, holiday, or on‑call responsibilities
Low‑stress environment focused on employee health
Care for adult employees working at the Federal Building (not the public)
Position Responsibilities
Provide nursing care in an occupational health setting, including first aid, emergency response, and administration of treatments prescribed by a personal physician; assess and monitor environmental hazards for special classes of employees; promote optimal employee wellness and risk‑based prevention programs.
Provide education to clients (e.g., BP monitoring, flu immunizations, etc.).
Coordinate, plan, and implement all administrative activities (order medical supplies, etc.).
Position Requirements
2 years of RN experience providing direct patient care.
Ability to perform a blood draw and intramuscular and subcutaneous injections.
Graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited school (Diploma, AD, or BSN).
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
Active RN licensure in any of the 50 states, active and unrestricted.
Minimum 1 year of supervisor/management experience (preferred).
