Responsibilities
Own and sequence the Cloud Infrastructure & Services roadmap, prioritising initiatives such as Paddle billing migration, Cloud Dashboard quality, security hardening, multi‑region, resilience & scale.
Lead problem discovery with Support/CS/Data and translate insights into clear PRDs, metrics and milestones.
Run weekly ops with Engineering Managers / SRE lead to keep delivery on track and reduce incident/support load.
Define SLOs, enforce error budgets and guardrails, and establish incident response rituals and runbooks.
Drive post‑mortems with prioritised, tracked action items to improve resilience and time‑to‑recover.
Partner with Finance/RevOps on entitlements, proration, refunds, dunning, reporting and auditability.
Align with Cloud Growth through shared backlog boundaries, clear interfaces/SLAs and a recurring interlock.
Elevate Cloud Dashboard UX with Design/Frontend teams through improved IA, instrumentation and usability.
Must‑haves
5–8+ years in Product with 3+ years in Cloud/SaaS platform, infra, DevOps or billing/entitlements domains.
Technical problem‑solving: comfortable digging into highly complex systems and trade‑offs.
Operational rigor: strong project management skills and a track record of making teams work efficiently.
Multi‑squad orchestration: able to operate across ~1.5–2 squads, set sequencing and prioritisation calls.
Bias to action: default to doing over endless analysis while maintaining quality.
Nice‑to‑haves
Documentation mindset: write things down to create clarity and speed.
Structure from chaos: bring order, cadence and guardrails to ambiguous problem spaces.
Internal user empathy: treat Infra/SRE/Support/Finance as users.
Compliance familiarity: partnered on access controls, data residency signals or vendor risk programmes.
