The Director of Data & Analytics will lead the organization's data strategy, governance, and advanced analytics initiatives. This role is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, ensuring data quality, and enabling scalable analytics solutions to support business objectives.

Salary Range:
$140,000 - $200,000 DOE

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, analysts, and DataOps professionals.
Establish data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee the design and implementation of data architecture and cloud-based solutions.
Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for advanced analytics and AI-driven insights.
Manage data quality, security, and lifecycle across all platforms.
Drive adoption of best practices in data engineering, analytics, and DataOps methodologies.
Monitor emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance data capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, and leadership roles.
Proven expertise in data architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and big data technologies.
Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with machine learning, AI, and predictive analytics.
Knowledge of modern DataOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for data workflows.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Ability to drive cultural change towards data-driven decision-making.
