The Pricing & Contracting Benchmark Solution helps biopharmaceutical companies optimize their Managed Markets functions. The customized peer set based benchmark assists clients to benchmark organizational structure and resources, define department standards, evaluate business processes, optimize contract management systems, and provide gap analysis with prioritized recommendations.

Position Responsibilities

Partner with existing solution/practice leaders to enhance the pricing and contracting solution, go‑to‑market strategy, and promotional plan.

Sell and generate new business with existing and new clients, identifying upsell opportunities.

Lead and manage benchmarks and special projects, conducting in‑depth interviews with functional leaders, executives, and stakeholders.

Assist with client optimization projects and develop new programs and services based on market need.

Support clients with membership obligations, conducting industry landscapes, facilitating semi‑annual invitation‑only summits, etc.

Analyze client information and benchmarking data to produce comprehensive recommendations.

Prepare client reports summarizing improvement opportunities across organizational structure, resources, roles, processes, capabilities, and systems.

Participate in internal business planning and the sales process, including proposals and SOWs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with client VPs, Directors, and Practice Principals.

Stay abreast of industry changes and trends in pricing & contracting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

7–10 years of experience in biopharmaceutical pricing and contracting, with escalating responsibility.

5 years of experience leading a team or managing projects.

Deep understanding of contract management functional areas.

Experience implementing contract management systems.

Experience in management consulting or advisory services to the pharmaceutical industry.

Knowledge of pricing/contracting budget management, SLA, and metrics.

Knowledge of pricing/contracting strategies for key biopharmaceutical channels (PBM/Payor, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, GPOs, alternative channels).

Knowledge of systems, data, and innovative technologies supporting pricing and contracting functions.

Documented track record of developing and managing effective relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.

Ability to translate commercial objectives into pricing and contracting strategies, plans, operations, and measurable results.

Comfort working with senior executives and business unit leaders.

Excellent communication skills, including group presentations and written communication.

Strong analytical skills to critically examine research data.

Experience in producing and analyzing syndicated market research studies and reports.

Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment, independently, with significant responsibility.

Aptitude for innovation and creation.

Compensation Trinity’s salary bands range from

$170,000 – $210,000

with an additional annual discretionary performance bonus.
