Machine Learning Architect – AI Strategy & Platform Engineering

**Required Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related field (Ph.D. preferred). **Experience:** 8+ years in ML engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership role.
Deep knowledge of ML algorithms, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and model optimization techniques.**LLM & Agentic Systems:** Experience designing architectures for LLM-based applications and AI agents. **Database Skills:** Proficiency in SQL and **PostgreSQL**, plus familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate). **Leadership:** Proven ability to influence technical direction and mentor cross-functional teams. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with **microservices architecture** for AI solutions. Familiarity with **model governance frameworks** and **responsible AI principles**. Hands-on experience with **quantization, distillation**, and optimization of large-scale models.
