Job Description Parsons is seeking a Knowledge Manager who will work closely with leadership and staff of USCYBERCOM J9 Directors Action Group. The role involves identifying solutions and troubleshooting issues within the organization’s data management plans and providing support to the Web Development and Knowledge Management strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

Enhance current capabilities and address emerging requirements.

Provide recommendations on knowledge management solutions and develop metrics to measure operational efficiency.

Create, develop, and maintain a user‑friendly knowledge management plan, ensuring consistent branding with command policy and a seamless user experience across all web properties.

Support the ongoing assessment of existing web‑based applications and align data management to support the web development implementation strategy.

Understand how to convert written, graphic, audio, and visual components to web formats.

Manage and update web content regularly to keep information current and relevant.

Support data integrations from various departments to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with internal business partners.

Analyze user needs to develop and implement modifications to existing distribution lists, document libraries, and shared folders, providing creative solutions to meet performance and capacity requirements.

Support the Senior Web Developer to align processes, systems, policies, and organizational structures with the mission and strategy of the organization and Command.

Collaborate with other Knowledge Management and Web Development professionals.

Required Skills

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

High School Diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience.

1+ year of experience with Confluence, JIRA, and/or MS SharePoint, including permissions and access management.

Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate positive relationships with senior‑level civilian and military leaders.

Desired Skills

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field and 5+ years of experience.

Proficient with Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft SharePoint, including permissions and access management.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Experience working within a collaborative team environment and maintaining active engagement with leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Security Clearance Requirement Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
