SUMMARY We’re looking for an Associate Programmatic Director to support our growing
Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) and personalization practice . This person will serve as the tactical lead on campaign execution and process management—allowing senior leadership to focus on innovation, strategic planning, and client growth. You will help scale creative personalization for our largest client Cricket Wireless. You’ll be the connective tissue across brand, creative, production, and media partners—turning strategy into well-orchestrated campaigns that run efficiently and deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Enablement Build and manage decision maps, copy matrices, and messaging variation frameworks for campaigns. Translate strategy into trafficking guides and asset requests; ensure correct naming conventions, versioning, and specs. Oversee vendor and partner coordination (Innovid, Flashtalking, media agencies) and act as day-to-day liaison. Work with production to QA templates, creative variations, and final deliverables before launch.
Performance & Optimization Monitor in-flight campaigns, pulling performance data and surfacing insights. Package results into reports, POVs, and client-ready summaries. Maintain test-and-learn roadmaps, ensuring new creative formats, AI tools, and personalization tactics are trialed and scaled.
Strategic Support Support proactive client pitches and new business opportunities by packaging learnings, case studies, and POVs. Stay informed on emerging adtech, AI tools, and personalization capabilities; bring recommendations forward to Argo, clients and partner teams. Ensure campaign-level learnings ladder up into broader strategic recommendations.
Program Development Codify DCO workflows into playbooks that ensure efficiency and consistency across teams. Adapting learned knowledge & communications to new processes and workflows. Document best practices for template usage, asset creation, and stakeholder coordination. Identify process gaps and proactively suggest improvements.
Qualifications
Experience 4–6+ years in programmatic advertising, DCO management, digital media execution or cross channel advertising (e.g.; social, ctv/video, search; google marketing platform).
Platform Knowledge Hands-on with Innovid/Flashtalking (or similar platforms); comfort with ad servers, DSPs, and creative QA.
Skillset Strong organizational skills; thrives on keeping multiple workstreams moving. Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to turn data into actionable next steps. Proactive in escalating problems and/or delays. A strong ability to build and manage cross functional relationships and teams. Confident communicator who can bridge creative, brand, and media teams.
