Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal and multi-state tax returns, with emphasis on C-Corporations and ASC 740 tax provisions.
Research tax issues using online research tools.
Perform general accounting duties needed for engagements.
Train, coach, and develop Staff Accountants.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with managers, partners, and clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s preferred.
CPA certification or active progress toward licensure.
3+ years of public accounting experience with strong review capabilities.
Proficiency with spreadsheet tools; familiarity with ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement is a plus.
Strong project management, leadership, and communication abilities with a sense of urgency.
