Assess patients pre‑operatively and develop anesthesia plans tailored to individual needs.
Administer anesthesia, monitor patient status, and ensure safety throughout procedures.
Collaborate with surgical teams, physicians, and staff to deliver high‑quality care.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulations and protocols.
Qualifications & Skills Skills needed include strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and adaptability.
