Director, Business Development

to join our team at

EOS Defense Systems USA, Inc. . This is a remote position. The Director will lead strategic growth initiatives, build relationships with key military organizations, and drive innovative solutions that meet mission-critical needs for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience. 5–8 years of successful experience in sales, marketing, or related field with progressively increasing responsibilities. Experience working in or around military organizations/commands (e.g., COCOMs, Fleet Forces, NAVAIR, NAVSEA, Office of Naval Research, Marine Corps Combat Development Command, HQMC Department of Aviation, Marine Corps Systems Command, Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory, or similar groups). Ability to professionally represent EOS to customer groups and develop and strengthen US and international relationships. Familiarity with Government acquisition and the business development lifecycle from market research to capture management to customer engagement. Current security clearance preferred. ITAR/EAR compliance: may require documentation to verify U.S. person status; a valid U.S. person status includes U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident, or protected individual (e.g., refugee or asylee). Some positions may require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements. Ability to travel (domestically and internationally) up to 50%. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to work well with all employees. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Teams. Major Responsibilities and Duties

Perform long-range strategic planning and identify, qualify, and prioritize future business opportunities. Define and focus on new product/technology development. Assess opportunities and develop and execute capture strategies. Maintain familiarity with user requirements and competitor products/capabilities. Conduct market research, analysis, and feasibility studies to support pursuit decisions. Lead or participate in crafting position papers, white papers, and formal proposals.
