Health Center Manager (RN)
Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Health Center Manager (RN) to provide care to client employees and their dependents at our Health Center located in Chicago, IL. Scheduled hours are Monday–Friday 7:00‑1 m‑3:30 pm.
What You’ll Do
Manage daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
Oversee hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
Allocate time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
Monitor patient flow, patient utilization, and penetration
Identify process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, and determine root cause analysis
Serve as infection control lead, collaborate on quality initiatives, and maintain compliance with regulations
Communicate corporate policies, conduct meetings, and engage with client representatives
Complete incident reports and assist with investigations and complaint resolutions
Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
Current license as RN in the state of practice (required)
Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers (required); Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN‑S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management (preferred and may be required for some sites)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field (required)
2–3 years of management experience
Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC, or other industry standards for infection prevention practices

Compensation The reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this position is $95,124.80‑$118,906.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
