Job Description The Project Director is responsible for leading large-scale projects or multiple projects from inception through completion, ensuring delivery in the most effective and efficient manner. This role combines strategic leadership with

hands-on

execution, focusing on operational excellence, client engagement, and team development.

Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery

Develop and implement execution strategies for design and construction phases.

Oversee integrated EPC (ONEsolution) projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

Drive quality, safety, and compliance across all project activities.

Business Development

Foster and expand client relationships to secure repeat business and new opportunities.

Represent CRB as the principal project contact with senior client leadership.

Collaborate with estimating and business development teams on proposals and bids.

Client Relationship Management

Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Communicate proactively with stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Build and lead high-performing, integrated teams including subcontractors and trade partners.

Mentor and train junior construction personnel, promoting CRB’s culture and core values.

Monitor team health and foster a collaborative One Team mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

15+ years of progressive experience in construction project delivery, including field execution and leadership of large-scale industrial or commercial projects.

Proven ability to manage construction schedules, subcontractor coordination, and site safety programs.

Deep understanding of construction means and methods, trade sequencing, and cost control.

Experience with self-perform work and subcontractor management in complex environments.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring junior construction personnel.

Familiarity with construction contracts, risk management, and change order processes.

Industry certifications such as PMP, DBIA, or CM-Lean preferred.
