About the role We are seeking a Director of Brand, Strategic Brand Architect — a visionary leader who can shape the narrative, architecture, and visual identity of our client across its physical and digital worlds. This person will connect the dots between our product experiences, and our cultural brand movement, ensuring every touchpoint — from packaging to campaigns — tells a cohesive and inspiring story.
You’ll partner directly with the Founder & CEO, industrial design, product, marketing, and creative teams to define how the world experiences our client. You’ll steward the brand’s evolution as it grows from Seattle to a global lifestyle movement.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Architecture: Define and maintain our client’s brand architecture across products, sub-brands, and experiences.
Creative Direction: Lead development of campaigns, content, and partnerships that communicate our client’s identity, mission, and cultural voice.
Storytelling & Narrative Development: Craft narratives that tie together the technology, craft, and hospitality roots.
Brand Design & Systems: Build scalable systems for identity, packaging, digital, and environmental design, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Collaboration: Partner with internal and external creative teams, agencies, and brand collaborators to elevate the brand across every medium.
Qualifications
7–10 years of brand, creative, or marketing leadership at a CPG, lifestyle, or experiential brand.
Proven track record of building and scaling a brand through narrative, design, and community.
Deep creative intuition with the ability to bridge strategy and storytelling.
Strong understanding of digital culture, Gen Z trends, and brand ecosystems.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross‑functional teams.
A love for design, coffee, matcha, and culture.
