Laburnum Medical Center has been serving the community for more than 50 years! Very well-established practice and experienced team of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatric physicians and Nurse Practitioners

Full Time position open for Family Medicine Physician, BC/BE, MD/DO

Practice hours are 8a-5p M-F

Physician will work 36 clinical hours + 4 hours of admin time weekly

Call is 3 days per month - shared in rotation all providers, No Rx on call

No Hospital responsibility - 100% outpatient practice

Telehealth and e-visits in addition to in‑person care

Average 18 - 25 patients per day after 2 year ramp‑up period

EPIC EMR

We see all ages - Peds through Geriatric - 30% Peds, 70% adult/geriatric

POC Testing, X‑Ray and Lab in practice

Basic in‑office procedures - joint injections, women's health

Dedicated 1:1 CMA/LPN support

Diabetic Education provided by PharmD 3 days per week

LCSW and Integrated Behavioral Specialist in practice

6 MD's and 1 NP in practice - adding 2 physicians (mentorship available)

Our dedicated and caring Family Medicine Physician team cares for children, adults and geriatric alike. The practice has direct access to public transportation, and is less than one mile off the Laburnum exit off I‑64.
