OBGYN Hospitalist Medical Director opportunity in Westwood, NJ
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated medical director to launch and lead our brand‑new OB/Gyn hospitalist program in Westwood, New Jersey (Bergen County). In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a skilled team of OB/Gyn physicians and drive excellence in women's healthcare for the community.
Position Highlights:
Lead a growing OBGYN hospitalist program with the support of a national organization
Enjoy true work‑life balance and schedule flexibility
Access CME, drills, and simulation training for continued growth
Benefit from 24/7 anesthesiology and neonatology support
Work alongside dedicated community OBGYN backup
Additional medical director stipend
Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance available
24‑hour, in‑house shifts; full‑time is 6 to 8 shifts/month
No billing or coding responsibilities
Protected practice model with paid professional liability insurance including tail coverage
Compensation is an estimated base salary range of $328,000 to $383,000 annually. Full‑time clinicians are eligible for an excellent comprehensive benefits package to include health, dental, and vision insurance, short and long term disability, and employee assistance program.
