Description Under general direction performs a variety of CT procedures at a skilled technical level requiring the ability to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnosis.
Responsibilities Assist with the operation of CT imaging equipment, ensuring accurate image acquisition and patient safety. Collaborate with medical staff to optimize imaging parameters and troubleshoot equipment issues. Maintain patient records and imaging datasets in compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Radiological Technology or equivalent in an approved A.M.A. program.
California Radiologic Technologist license upon hire.
National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.
National Registered Technologist – Radiography (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) upon hire.
National Registered Technologist – Computed Tomography within 1 year of hire.
