Description The health services that became the Anthony L Jordan Health Corporation (Jordan Health) began more than 100 years ago, in 1904. As one of the first 5 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) established in the nation, its roots are steeped in service to those who face barriers to health and health care, meeting their need for comprehensive medical, dentistry, behavioral health, and community services. Starting in northeast Rochester, NY, Jordan Health has since expanded to become a network of primary care offices and health centers serving residents living in three quadrants of Rochester, NY and in Canandaigua, N.Y.

Chief Program Integration Officer

who, under the guidance of the Chief Executive Officer, is primarily responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of all organizational programs. The CPIO ensures that programs align with the organization’s mission, meet strategic goals, and deliver measurable impact. This role requires a visionary leader with strong operational, strategic, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities The Chief Program Integration Officer will ensure:

Oversight of programmatic initiatives of Jordan Health

Cross-functional collaboration and organizational cohesion are fostered

Jordan Health progresses towards innovative solutions and adaptive strategies

That they are viewed as a model of leadership and corporate social responsibility

Requirements Education And Experience Required

Master’s degree in Public Administration, Public Health, Public Policy, Nonprofit Management, Social Work, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.

5+ years of progressive leadership experience in program management, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.

Licenses And Certifications

Drivers’ license is required.

Special Skills, Knowledge Required

Proven track record of developing and scaling impactful programs.

Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

Experience with performance measurement and program evaluation.

Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders.

Familiarity with grant writing and fundraising.

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.
