Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Therapist based in Coral Gables/Coconut Grove, FL, with opportunities for remote work. Responsibilities include providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT. The Therapist will conduct psychological assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families and teams to provide the highest standard of care. Additional tasks include documenting progress, participating in supervision meetings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT.
Conduct psychological assessments and develop treatment plans.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high standard care.
Document progress and maintain accurate case records.
Participate in supervision meetings and stay current with best practices.
Balance in-clinic and remote sessions in a hybrid setting.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques.
Experience with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and OCD.
Skills in conducting psychological assessments and developing treatment plans.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for working with individuals and families.
Organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate case records.
Licensure or eligibility for licensure in mental health counseling (LMHC), clinical social work (LCSW), or psychology (PhD/PsyD).
Ability to work effectively in hybrid settings, balancing in-clinic and remote sessions.
Experience or interest in working with children, adolescents, and individuals facing executive function challenges is a plus.
