Qualifications

7+ years of patent prosecution experience

Registration with the USPTO

Technical background in EE, CS, ME, Physics, or related field

A moderate portable book of business

Experience managing U.S. and international patent portfolios

Responsibilities

Prepare and prosecute U.S. & international patent applications

Collaborate across multiple practice groups on IP matters

Conduct patentability, FTO, and risk assessments

Advise clients on IP protection and portfolio strategies

Support business development and client relationship growth
