You will lead and manage all aspects of the branch including growing deposits and investments, operations, and coaching the team for success. You will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, delivering the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology, as well as collaborating with our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs for clients.
Job Responsibilities
Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our company’s culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.
Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.
Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Passion for creating exceptional experiences and setting the tone in the branch, ensuring every client feels valued and every team member is part of a dynamic and engaging culture.
Outstanding leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and empowering employees to achieve results and grow in their roles.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, with focus on growth and success.
Ability to navigate a fast-paced, changing environment with strong decision-making skills.
Experience in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, and adherence to policies.
Ability to influence, educate, and connect team, partners, and clients with technology.
2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
College degree or military equivalent.
Training and Travel Requirement
Successfully complete the Branch Manager Training Program before placement as Branch Manager.
Travel as required for in-person training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state.

Any employment offer is contingent on review of criminal history, credit report, NMLS information, and other factors. Felony convictions within the last seven years may disqualify you.
