If you excel in high‑autonomy environments, love building scalable systems, and want to work on technology that directly transforms a massive real‑world industry, this is an outstanding opportunity.
Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and scale web and mobile applications that power our client’s platform
Build real‑time inventory intelligence for high‑volume materials
Implement automated pricing, financial calculations, and payment integrations
Create AI‑assisted workflows and intelligent UI components for yard operators
Build high‑performance reporting and analytics pipelines

Develop mobile‑friendly React interfaces optimized for fast‑moving physical environments
Contribute to core architecture, product direction, and engineering culture
Build secure, scalable, high‑performance applications using TypeScript, React, Node, AWS Lambda, and PostgreSQL
Design and implement new architectures, frameworks, and features from the ground up
Use AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
Work closely with product, design, and leadership to shape the technical and product roadmap
Champion engineering excellence, including testing, documentation, reliability, and automation
Continuously iterate to deliver fast, intuitive user experiences customers love
Help define best practices for a growing engineering organization
Requirements
5+ years of full‑stack engineering experience, ideally within fast‑growing or startup environments
Strong proficiency in: React with TypeScript, Nodejs with TypeScript, AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, etc.), PostgreSQL and relational data modeling
Deep understanding of modern web development, distributed systems, and API design
Hands‑on experience using AI coding assistants, with a desire to incorporate them into daily development workflow
A builder mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and delivering features with direct customer impact
Experience working with financial systems, payment integrations, or data‑heavy applications (nice to have)
Strong cultural alignment: collaborative, curious, accountable, and customer‑obsessed
This hybrid role (2–3 days onsite) offers a competitive salary of $180,000–$240,000 depending on experience, along with unlimited PTO, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with a 90% employer contribution for individual plans, a 401(k), and a $3,000 equipment budget.
