Compliance Counsel
to join its growing U.S. legal team.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with business and legal stakeholders to ensure robust compliance frameworks are in place across both
corporate compliance
and
trade compliance
matters. This is a hands‑on, strategic position offering the opportunity to shape compliance standards for a business at the forefront of innovation and energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on compliance programs and internal policies aligned with global standards.
Support trade compliance, export control, and cross-border regulatory matters.
Partner with the Head of Legal and business leaders to embed compliance into daily operations.
Conduct training, risk assessments, and monitoring activities.
Provide practical, business‑focused legal guidance on compliance topics.
Your Profile
Qualified U.S. attorney (JD) with 5–10 years of relevant experience in compliance or regulatory law.
Strong understanding of trade compliance (export control, sanctions) and corporate compliance frameworks.
Experience within manufacturing, automotive, energy, or technology sectors preferred.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a global environment.
