What You’ll Do
Develop a deep understanding of users and leverage data in the design of new processes and interactions to enhance the overall user experience.
Leverage wealth‑management experience to design effective user and client journeys.
Develop frameworks and drive decisions on opportunities to prioritize.
Influence leaders and peers through verbal and written communication (including PowerPoint) to gain alignment on key decisions.
Define requirements and facilitate delivery of digital experiences, including working with relevant technology domains, engaging in discussions around trade‑offs, and providing feedback to partners designing solutions.
Manage development efforts and technology scrum teams: write user stories, refine the backlog, and work with UX designers.
Required Qualifications
Wealth‑management experience: directly delivered or developed products that support wealth‑management delivery such as investment and retirement planning.
Structured problem‑solving: bring order to ambiguous problems, breaking them into key components and providing focused frameworks.
Analysis/decision support: identify key information required to make a decision, perform quantitative analysis, and find answers or partners to obtain them.
Sequencing work into a series of steps: identify current status, desired destination, and actions needed to reach it.
Planning and executing large & complex projects: organize workstreams and deliverables, build program structure with timelines, stakeholders, and governance, and facilitate execution by defining client experience and requirements.
Building robust APIs and smart user interfaces: pair strong API design and development with an intuitive, user‑friendly UI.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong technical experience with agile methodologies.
