? End-to-end software development : Design, build, and deploy solutions across our stack, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. ? Technical problem-solving : Tackle complex engineering challenges, exploring new technologies and finding pragmatic solutions. ? Collaboration with Product & Operations : Translate user needs and operational goals into impactful technical solutions. ? ? Mentorship & technical leadership : Guide peers, review code, and drive technical discussions to maintain high standards. ⚙ Continuous improvement : Propose and implement process enhancements, tools, and best practices to boost team efficiency. ?
